Questions shops ask

What counts as a location?: Every branch you add gets its own QR and its own scan history, so a two-outlet cafe needs two locations.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Pick a new plan any time — your cards, stamps and rewards stay exactly where they are.
What happens when a plan lapses?: Nothing is deleted. Your shop falls back to Starter caps and anything over the cap becomes read-only until you renew.
Is there a trial?: Every new shop starts on a 7-day Growth trial with no card needed.
